Isn't every single ISDS lawsuit about Health and the Environment?

Below is a list of all 351 lawsuits against countries so far taken out by corporations at the ICSID. Has anyone seen an example of a reasonable ISDS lawsuit? Please send!

Fact: Finance and economics is heartless, cruel, vicious, and has no regard for peoples health and the environment. In fact, the default personality type of a corporation is psychopath. True fact! They are setup up to treat people as cardboard cutouts, and to demolish and make extinct their competition most of the time.

Why this obsession with being ruled by pernicious corporations?

I don't see any hippies, artists, environmentalists nor scientists standing up for the benefits of ISDS as yet.

If you count all corporations in all countries covered by existing U.S. investor-state pacts, the combined number of firms that can currently launch investor-state cases against the U.S. government is about 1,300 foreign corporations that own about 9,500 U.S. subsidiaries. The TPP would newly empower more than 1,000 additional corporations in TPP countries, which own more than 9,200 additional subsidiaries in the United States, to launch investor-state cases against the U.S. government.

Ring These Numbers Constantly Asking "Where is the protections for Health, Environment, and Workers Rights?" in the ISDS provisions of the TPPA, and ask them to show you "which of the 351 completed actions at the ICSIDS international court did not erode these protections?". I have yet to see a comprehensive analysis of ICSIDS cases but a casual check shows they are 98% toxic. We already cancelled our plain paper cigarette packaging law, so the dark sith-lords powers have kicked in already.
