Taking ones shoes off at the door

I was always fairly anti-religion anti-tradition anti-established thinking type of person. But only in regards to behaviours that I deemed sub-optimal to my viewpoint.

For example taking shoes off at the door.

But then I realised it means less dirt comes in from outside and you don't need to vacuum so often.

So it's not such a bad idea after all. And it feels so nice to have your feet connected to the ground it almost massages them!
